Retrieving your PIN

Once you have activated your card, keep listening to the automated assistant as you will be given the option to retrieve your PIN.

Don’t worry, if you forget to retrieve your PIN when you first activate your card you can retrieve it at any time afterwards. Just call the same number (0845 351 0072 – 24 hours, local rate call charges apply from UK landlines).

• You will need your 16 digit card number and your 6 digit passcode to retrieve your PIN
